When things get tougher
A staff of mine came for my signature on his application to make a personal loan, from a commercial bank.
I would just sign, but out of curiousty, i asked him, why having this bank?
As the salary from the government was issued to this sudah kaya bank and recently the bank make a huge loss from the collapse of several investment companies which the bank invested a lot in these places, I have sense the loan offer is just another trick to gain back all the profit. Furthermore, if he defaulted the payment, the chances for the bank to tahan his money will make the situation become harder. Tak makan plak staff aku.
Dengan penuh kerisauan, He said, "tataula cik jasmin, tapi risau gak kalau BLR meningkat, tinggi la plak interest nak kena bayar"
so I said to him again,
"tengok pasaran saham, kalau menjunam lagi, maka naiklah interest atau BLR yang encik I takut-takutkan tu." At this moment the KLCI is down at 800++ points.
Terus member tu macam terkedu dengan kenyataan yang memang akan selalu terjadi. Mungkin baik kalau dia fikirkan semula.
Dan apakah tindakan kita sebagai golongan pentadbir dan cerdik pandai, selain berdiam diri, buat tak reti dengan pemikiran di takuk lama.
Instead of spying and commenting on people's blog, abusing their so called "power", its better for these people to learn something- the outside world is getting tougher with economy recession and downturn, compared to their worry-for-nothing on certain PTD behaviours.
Afterall, people can be anyone in the cyberspace. And u are years too late to notice.

dia nak wat loan kat bank mana? tinggi owh interest skrg ni...aku pun da xsanggup buat dah...
ReplyDeletemaybank. tu aku risau, sebab maybank and fortis ada buat this venture for etiqa insurance. Fortis made a huge loss, man. so aku tak galakkan, kalau bank rakyat tu ok lagi.
