Updates!

The weekend ended with a very shocking news, Mr.P finally will be confered with Datukship title from Sultan Kedah. Same goes to our Big Boss who did chaired all the meetings on this particular terbengkalai project, The one with heated arguements and banter across the room filled with x-rated words. The one that involved a popular comedy actress's mum. Remember the previous posting I had for this case? Yeah, finally these two top-guns were rewarded, and for other "us" here, we are quite not so optimistic with such news. heheheh. Furthermore, since the issue of that much fought 2K "saguhati" from Cuepacs was no longer in the air (as if the meeting with KSN was the finale of a "NO" answer), we do not have more mood to fight (I mean working as if we are the selected candidates for parliment seats). I have been spending time in Hulu & Kuala Selangor quite lately attending meetings and seeing peoples, which my long retreat from any social activities has affected my friendship with other people else. Anyhow, I will be attending my housemate's wedding somewhere in Sg Choh early Feb. And Shakaran's wedding in late January. Then my DPA will be the main event of the year. And after that, we have to make a pact on moving out somewhere nearer to the office. Yeah, pretty much thing to accomplish yet the resources are not sufficient to cover all these. I need that increment.

Speaking of being a civil servant for current one year, I realised that we are a little bit lucky compared to other people (stable, secured jobs and benefits), but again with recent hike for petrol and other things has actually makes me to think of my people. You see, I am in a helpless position to pacify people who come to our office daily asking for the projects to continue, so that the money paid servicing the bank loan are not wasted to a run-down imcomplete buildings/ pilings, or their children can live in more comfort rather than being cramped in teeny weeny apartment somewhere in Brickfield as the parents have to work in the area, but again spending other tax payer's money just to fulfill the obligation that being abandoned by the original initiator has actually put a big turn off for us here. Imagine if we need to fork out RM500 millions to completing the projects while those unscruplous bastards (sorry for this word, that is best to describe) probably have their sweet times sweating on golf courses with their honeys or else . Yeah, if the government decides to stop subsidising petrol or gas this year, maybe we can help to encounter this (the estimation savings is around 1.5-2 billion of ringgit a year if the subsidy being abolished). But how about inflation? The price of goods, and ecetra. At the end of the day, other lesser mortals will be suffering which includes us, the middle group. That is when effective regulation and punishment need to be implemented rather for us here to receive threatening calls of people who wants to vote parti pembankang since their house were overdue to complete.

Luckily, yesterday was a good news for my terbengkalai unit since Ms.J has informed me that some developers will be having tough time this year. Our Izin Dakwa was being allowed and somebody will be prosecuted in the court for abusing the housing development account (HDA) which involved hundred millions in previous years. I wished that this had been done before as the legal department in our kementerian must play a very proactive roles to allow us to prosecute and make all the headlines in the news. eheheheh. Perhaps the people who wants to flock out from this country before getting their head chopped off should prepare themselves as we will be ammending some lact for this year. Hahahah. Tougher penalties and jail term. is like pecah amanah la kan?
