When Aku Janji tinggal janji......

The first thing we did this morning was to see this EO. Hmm, nice guy, old timer and the way he put thing in words were like instruction from a father to the daughters.
I began to notice how slow the department works in the admin side where time spent to type the aku janji pledge letter took almost like two days by the clerk. Even the lady CC took a day to check any spelling mistakes while they seated next to each others. Upon checking the status (thru calls and face-to-face meeting, all they could do was smiling while chattering as if I was a ghost trying to capture their atttention.)Hahahahah, I sudah kena la this time, previous advice from a seasoned PTD officer has reminded me not to be harsh on them as they are going to retire, in one or two year's time, let them to enjoy their "holiday" with pleasure!
Luckily my department's staff is a bunch of cool people with a lot of customer service skills where they will singgah my office and make my presence welcome, huh lega! Feels like someone important as they offer their service extensively from letter drafting, case solutions etc etc...like a boss la! Anyhow we try to see whether the ping pong game can be extended to after office hour. There is a ping pong table in the middle of the office, cool huh!
