Bila Nasib dah Serupa......

today was a little bit interesting. As I had two meetings at the same day, the second one was a dramatic like drama scene, where KSU was the chairman and he himself was not spared from harsh words from both parties. In fact he was much like a husband who practises polygamy, caught in the middle between two angry wives. And it was horrendous to see people using "bullshit" between Dato Seri, Dato and Tan Sri. Dunno what happened to highly respectable people who abuse the titles just because they bought couples of units on the abandoned projects?
When it comes to buyers, it was no a big difference if you can afford a Jaguar or Porsche or merely a Proton as the bank will definitely cut off your wages to serve the interest while all of the buyers are having the same sad scenario - when can our house be ready? Then when it comes to Persatuan Pembeli Rumah, definitely all these people will unite to fight for the justice - the time for the developer to hand over the keys and they can simply move in or rent it out. The meeting was a good example of how people from all level co-operate to get their rights and though the verbal spanking among the members was just to fill out two hours of nothing, all of us especially the KSU felt so relieved listening to these two fighting parties;

" Dato' Seri, bila nak datang minum teh tarik kat mamak, kita open up la, utk kepentingan pembeli"

" OKla Dato', kalau u berani datang saja la rumah i, tak jauh kan. kopi rumah mesti kaw-kaw"

All the members laughed heartily though it was not really a sincere one.

The famous actress 's mother cum a producer who seated next to me whispered, " eleh dato' developer tu pun bangkrap, macam mana nak revive projek"

I only managed to smile halfly as all of us were eager to end the meeting.

So Puan R, maybe you can write a scene for one or two for your coming tv dramas?
