When You Are Not the Favourite One
It aint a song title, but this happened to me for the past few days.
My application for the company's advance, was rejected , after my CEO ding dong here and there. Guess he did not like me really after all but keeps me working in the company for the sake of kesian kot.The reason given was not making sense either.
I guess it's the usual patriarchal-nepotism-unprofessional-way of handling a public listed company. Never had this kind of experience before, I am scared we are going downwards.
Anyhow, the incident made me think again of my career option, whether should I stay or move up somewhere.
