Fights? Yes, that what I always do!

Sometimes, some people were not really open to critism and that really put you in a dilemma.

Some unresolved issues has resulted me to forward an email to this staff, asking him to be more courteous and listen with an open mind during those discussions. Perhaps some of us here, are tolerant to people who keeps interupting your time to speak, but to me, it need a stop, a full stop.

The mail made him rage with anger, he was bursting his words when i entered to my desk area, and to my surprise, he shouted any possible words you can imagine. And at that moment i realized that he was hiding some grudges towards me all the while , and it was reflected all in his behaviour towards me. At least, I did my part. He was the one who never voicing up his dissatisfaction, and to me, that is equals to chicken shit. And to be unprofessional by treating your colleagues differently when you hold grudges towards this person so and so wont make you a good leader either.


Well, things in the office wont look so rosy at the moment. I really do think we need to make a major buck up. The boss is listening.
