New House

Things were really mess up for the past few months. I decided to move out and start a new life with a new house, and of course with a new pool of friends. It was a quite tough period for me. Being someone who is "mangsa keadaan" because someone who just lepas tangan and difficult to cooperate, had make me to realise that there are some people are not good in coping their personal matters though they are supposed to be wiser, older and matured in dealing with frustration, heart b reak sor problems in their daily life.

The new house owner was friendly with good old fond memories of the house . She gave me a bundle of keys to me last nite and showed me everything neccessary. The deal was clear, and the house is in good condition. Everything will be documented, and monthly rental receipt will be mailed to me. Sounded like a real business arrangement where no more late, overdue payment ( cause someone will give a courtesy call for payment reminder, in case I forget to pay). No more vague explanation, reasoning or whatever purpose of giving out the money.
